Bayo Idowu

Bayo Idowu (MSc, CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, PMP, AWS CCP, Scrum Master, AIGP) is a cybersecurity, AI governance, risk management, and compliance executive with 15+ years of global experience helping organizations strengthen security, manage risk, and achieve regulatory compliance. He holds advanced degrees and executive education in Technology Management from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Bayo has supported initiatives across financial services, healthcare, technology, telecommunications, and consulting, with experience involving organizations such as American Express, Bank of America, Capital One, and UnitedHealthcare.

He is the Founder and CEO of Career Minds Academy; CEO of Profacts, Nigeria; Consultant for various companies; and Founder and Sole Sponsor of the Reverend Idowu Foundation. Beyond his professional pursuits, Bayo enjoys family life, mentoring others, road trips, hiking, soccer, skydiving, parasailing, and, most of all, cooking and creating memorable experiences around food.
